Remembrance
Thank you to everyone who bought poppies and other related items for remembrance. All money raised has been sent to the British Legion and as a community we have raised lots of money for this worthwhile cause. As a school we held a special assembly where we thought about the sacrifice made by the brave servicemen during World War 1, which ended 100 years ago this weekend. KS2 have also completed other work in school about World War 1 which helped everyone to understand the impact that this has had on our society today.
