School uniform

Please note: we are in the process of updating our school uniform policy and are consulting with parents/carers by working with the PTA. 

Uniform
We believe that by wearing our school uniform pupils feel a sense of pride and helps to identify the children with our school. 

 

In school we have pre-owned items of school clothing available at school events/festivities or alternatively new branded uniform can be bought from Emblematic. 
 

Reception and Key Stage 1

Winter

Red sweatshirt/cardigan/sweater

Grey trousers/skirt

White polo shirt/shirt/blouse

Black school shoes.

 

Reception and Key Stage 1

Summer

Red and White checked or striped dress

Grey trousers/skirt

Plain black or grey school shorts (please note that cycling shorts, sports shorts with emblems, white stripes etc. are not acceptable)

Flat sandals (black, navy or red)

Black school shoes.

 

Key Stage 2

School Blazer

White Shirt

Red Tie

Grey Trousers/Skirt

Black School Shoes

 

Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

PE Kit

Dark shorts or jogging bottoms in Winter

Red school t-shirt

Black sandshoes/trainers

 

Jewellery

No jewellery is allowed in school for safety reasons. Please ensure if your child is having their ears pierced they need to be able to remove any studs for attending school. Any pupils wearing earrings will be asked to have them removed and will not be able to take part in any PE or sports while wearing them. This is to ensure the safety of all of our pupils.

 

Acrylic nails

Acrylic nails must also not be worn in school. Any pupils wearing acrylic nails will be asked to have them removed and will not be able to take part in any PE or sports while wearing them. This is to ensure the safety of all of our pupils.

 

This policy will be upheld by the Governing Body without exception.
