RSPB Visit to Year 2
Year 2 have been identifying and recording as much wildlife as possible in our school grounds. We undertook a 'bioblitz' investigation where we had to work together to find as many different living things as possible in a certain place over a set period of time. We used nature detective equipment such as magnifying glasses and binoculars. We discussed our findings back in class and talked about the most abundant species that we spotted and the rarest ones. We had a great morning!!!
